Rethink your drink - nutrition information for kids and young teens

ReThink Your Drink campaign encourages healthy drink choices by educating  communities about the calories in sugar-sweetened beverages. ReThink Your Drink lessons teach children and parents how to read nutrition labels to determine the sugar content of sodas, sports drinks and other sweetened drinks. ReThink Your Drink lessons are presented in schools and other community settings and encourage families to choose water, low- or non-fat milk and limited amounts of 100-percent fruit juice instead of drinks with added sugar.
